3.2. Processing — any action performed with data, including collection, recording, systematization, storage, update, extraction, use, transfer, depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction.

3.3. Data security — protection against unlawful or unauthorized access and other illegal actions.

4. Legal Grounds and Purposes

4.1. Processing and security are carried out in accordance with applicable law and internal policies.

4.2. Subjects of data processed by the Administration include users and visitors for order placement purposes.

4.3. The Administration processes data for: providing information on goods/services and promotions; improving service quality; order status updates; performance of contracts; delivery and returns.

5. Principles and Conditions

5.1. Processing is lawful and fair; data is not disclosed without consent unless required by law; only necessary data is collected; processing is limited to specific goals; data is destroyed or depersonalized upon achieving the purposes.

5.3. Sensitive categories (race, political views, beliefs, intimate life, membership in unions, etc.) are not processed.
