User Agreement
This User Agreement (hereinafter — the “Agreement”) governs the relationship between the site owner (the “Operator”) and users (the “User”) regarding the use of services for launching and installing software and auxiliary programs (the “Auxiliary Application” or the “Product”).
By using the website and the Auxiliary Application, the User confirms they have read and accept this Agreement. If the User disagrees, they must immediately stop using the website and the Auxiliary Application.
1. Description of the Auxiliary Application
The Auxiliary Application is software designed to run on computers and provide the User with advantages in games via various auxiliary features affecting gameplay.
2. Main Site Rules
2.1.
The Operator may change, terminate, or suspend individual features of the Auxiliary Application at any time without prior notice.
2.2.
In case of software detection by anti‑cheat, refunds are not provided.
2.3.
In case of account block/ban, refunds are not provided.
2.4.
The Operator is not responsible for mismatch between the User's system and the Product's requirements; funds are not returned.
2.5.
No refunds or exchanges if the User purchased the wrong product.
2.6.
No refunds if the Auxiliary Application was suspended for any reason.
2.7.
Compensation is possible only at the Operator’s discretion in cases deemed appropriate.
2.8.
If problems arise, the Operator provides help via remote access. Refusal to provide access means refunds are not granted.
2.9.
If the Application detects hacking attempts or other unauthorized interference, refunds are not granted.
3. Termination of Use
If the User disagrees with this Agreement, they must stop using the site and the Application. Continued use means full acceptance of all terms.
4. Final Provisions
4.1.
The Operator may amend this Agreement. All changes are effective upon publication. The User must review the terms regularly.
4.2.
This Agreement is governed by the law of the Operator’s country of registration.
4.3.
Disputes arising from use of the site or Application shall be resolved by negotiations.
5. Purpose of the Site and Services
5.1.
The site’s main task is not selling cheats, but providing services for launching and installing auxiliary software, including support and technical assistance.
5.2.
All services aim to improve user experience and are not intended to violate game rules. Users are responsible for compliance with laws and rules.
5.3.
The Operator does not endorse using the Auxiliary Application to break game rules or gain unfair advantages.
5.4.
The User understands and accepts that any actions with the Application are at their own risk, and the Operator is not liable for consequences.
By continuing to use the site and the Application, the User confirms understanding and agreement with the aims set out herein. By using the site and the Application, the User agrees to this Agreement.
